Было почти то же самое на такой же маме. На 4.2.x наблюдалась
некоторая нестабильность, например мёртвый вис через несколько
минт после запуска q3, на 4.3.x с option agpmode 1 работало
нормально (честно говоря я не помню что было раньше - смена
версии X или брибивание гвоздями mode 1)... Так и не победил
всвязи с апгрейдом материнки ;-)
