Мы, видимо, просто про разные вещи -- я имел в виду не резервирование (в этом
случае всё сильно проще, можно гарантировать что обслуживает запросы
только один сервер), а вариант с переездом сервера с несколькими
виртуальными серверами на другую площадку (другого colocation провайдера).
