наличие денежных лимитов то вы и не написали
вообще, в переходный период в моей конторе на colocation стоял duron 650 128RAM
под Spring
тянул практически все вирт серваки, что обозначены на www.novocybersk.ru
а на них почти все- динамический контент, да на perl, да с mysql
P.S. это кстати, была первая машина, на которой ядро компилялось быстрее,
чем глаз успевал уловить, что там компиляется
