Да
elektronik@elektronik ~ $ locate kdmrc
/etc/X11/kdm/kdmrc
/etc/X11/kdm/kdmrc~
/usr/share/config/kdm/kdmrc
/usr/share/config/kdm/kdmrc.1

Это файлик, отвечающий за настройку KDM. Там можно настроить kdm так,
чтобы он не отображал имена каких-либо пользователей. Но, насколько я
знаю, там нельзя запретить регистрацию этих пользователей.
