Попытаюсь, пока что-то пароль не шлют..
А в скрипт хотя бы проверку на существование процессов юзера apache после
stop , и тогда хотя бы DONE не выводить и Start не делать.. Тогда будет
ясно , что надо руками :)
Сервер постоял постоял в таком состоянии и появились ошибкт в кернел (видимо
память утекла.)pluto его остановил часо через 16..
