Нельзя. У меня и файла такого нет :-) Вообще я так понял что
эти ассоциации хитрым образом завязываются на файлы ярлыков,
хранящиеся в ~/.kde/share/applnk/hidden. Там и надо копать.
Только не пытайтесь Вы подходить в KDE с мерками unix way:
она уж либо настраивается интерактивно, либо не настраивается
вовсе.

У меня работает. Только в kmail это себе дороже получается,
потому что сначала появляется KDE-шный индикатор загрузки,
грузится документ на 100%, а потом уже Мозилла появляется,
которая тоже тормозит. Уж лучше пусть будет конкерор.
