Вот ведь насколько неправильный подход... Не "как разрешить юзеру собирать
пакеты", а "как разрешить РУТУ собирать пакеты"! НА ФИГА? Не надо оно руту.
Не правильно. Не секьюрно. Да и не рутовое это дело - пакеты собирать.
В общем, надо чаще курить http://docs.altlinux.ru/alt/devel/ , там все
замечательно описано.... 8)
