Чтой-то не понятное с apt.
Взял скачал с сизифа k3b-0.8.1-alt2.i586.rpm и 
поставил rpm -i k3b-0.8.1-alt2.i586.rpm
АЛМ22 даже не пикнул
Чтож такое с apt?
