У меня похожая проблема. Разница в том что ставишь на 4 пишет начиная с ~20x
до ~40. и все нормально. Если же выставлять 16,24 и проч (более высокие
скорости) то диски запарываются моментально. По моему дело в драйверах т.е.
сдеркорд еще не понимает правильно новые приводы
