К сожалению, это уже сделано...
Мои параметры значительно слабее (Cel400, up to 488), но раз
при проигрывании загрузка редко превышает 50-60%, то неужели
нельзя так задавить приоритетами остальные процессы, чтобы они
укладывались в оставшиеся 50-40%? По крайней мере, в win32 я
обходился даже без раздачи приоритетов. Вроде бы считается, что
Linux более мультизадачная ОС... пока не заметно...
