А что Вам даст метрика? Суть метрики - кол-во хопов до места
назначения. Выдержка из man route:
Metric - The 'distance' to the target (usually counted in hops).
It is not used by recent kernels, but may be needed by routing
daemons.
У Вас на одной машине оба интерфейса.
Метрика у них одинаковая и равна 1, независимо от того,
что указать в качестве метрики. Ни на что это не повлияет.
