А можно ли вообще сконвертить имеющийся *.rm в *.wmv mencoder'ом?

Насчет *.rm известно, что кодируются они родным Real One софтом.
__Очень__ интересует возможность рекодинга *.rm -> *.wmv по причине
глюкавости (ненастроенности???) Windows Media Encoder'а (попробуйте
посмотреть Windows Media с нашего сайта).
