1) Я так понимаю что у вас юниор ?
2) Для перекомпилирования модуля ИМХО исходники ядра не требуются, достаточно
хидеров - что-то типа kernel-headers
3) вряд-ли вы сегодня получите ответ на свои вопросы - суббота, вчера к тому
же был день сис-админа, да еще на фестиваль какой-то многие укатили.
Подождите хотя бы до вторничка
