Рецепт для мозиллы:
- создать учетную запись POP3;
- средствами Мозиллы создать папку в дереве папок
например, test как вложенная папка для Inbox
- закрыть мозиллу и найти в каталоге, где мозилла хранит почту
($HOME/.mozilla/default/<что-то-там>/Mail/<servername>/
каталог Inbox.sbd (это для вышесозданного каталога test)
- удалить содержимое каталога (в нашем случае два файла: test
и test.msf) и скопировать/var/spool/mail/someuser в файл
с именем test - запустить mozilla-mail и смотреть папку test.
