В корне не согласен. Если это поможет, то это будут полумеры. Причина гораздо
глубже. Эти команды изменяют разрешение со всеми вытекающими последствиями,
типа принудительной записи в регистры видеопроцессора. Помочь - поможет
(может быть), но проблемы не решит. Если поможет, то останется надеяться, что
это перманентный глюк карты и она вполне может с ним жить.
Еще (не по теме) в XF86Config в секции #Monitor можно подтянуть параметр c
VertRefresh 50 - 160 до 75 - 160 для профилактики глаз. Это, конечно,
индивидуально, у меня, например, неприятие режимов ниже 100 герц.
