На стороне Linux'а смотреть в сторону bonding'а (модуль ядра bond.o,
описание в /usr/share/docs/kernel-doc-x.x.x/networking/bonding.txt),
а на switch'e - в сторону EtherChannel (в терминологии Cisco, про
другие свитчи ничего не знаю %).
Будет виден как один сетевой интерфейс, но с удвоеной пропускной
способностью. Из доп. вкусностей - балансировка нагрузки и
работоспособность в случае умирания одной из сетевых карт.
