Если ничего спецательного в постфиксе не настраивалось - maildrop
сначала смотрит в userdb|ldap|sql, а потом уже в /etc/passwd. Почта
системному пользователю будет доставлена только в том случае, если
maildrop вызывается в виде 'maildrop -d user'. В случае, если он
дергается как 'maildrop -d user@domain' о доставке юзерам из
/etc/passwd речи быть не может - нет там таких записей (user@domain).
