Какая там может быть кодовая страница? Это же PostScript -- что
есть в файле, то и обязано печататься.

У меня была такая проблема. Насколько я понимаю, надо просто-напросто
зайти в spadmin и отключить в свойствах принтера подстановку шрифтов.
Кстати, не думаю, что печать через PCL здесь могла бы помочь. Если
уж русские буквы не попали в PostScript, то "уж вы друзья как ни
садитесь", а ничего не напечатаете.
