Есть. Но, конечно же, коммерческий и платный. :(
Поноценной замены я не видел. Есть несколько неплохих векторных редакторов, но
до Короля Дров (тем более 11-го) им далеко еще.

Под обычным не смог заставить работать, а вот под CrossOver Office работает
достаточно стабильно.
подсказка: почитай форум на linux.org.ru на тему wine и его мутаций.
