Как правило, имеют dual boot компьютеры.
Или не используют OCR как класс.
Повторюсь: если кто-то возьмётся _реально_ добавить в ClaraOCR
_номинально_ существующую поддержку кириллицы, я могу сопровождать
этот пакет.
