Да можно, и мне для этого даже не нужно лазить на www.ooextras.org.
Но создавать таким манером целую раскладку -- это, прямо скажем,
странновато. Тем более, что в OOo вроде бы нет средства для
переопределения клавиатурных комбинаций, закрепленных за
теми или иными макросами, программным же способом. То есть,
грубо говоря, если мы повесим макрос, печатающий греческую
"альфу", на клавишу "a", то как потом возвращаться к нормальной
конфигурации.
Вот потому я и говорю, что лучше всё-таки пользоваться внешними
утилитами.
