Это сразу после настройки callback или раньше все работало
нормально? Если да, то что изменилось?
Используются ли кэширующие локальные proxy (pdnsd, squid..)?
Почта функционирует?
В настройках соединения DNS серверы назначает провайдер или они
прописаны вручную?
Что в /etc/resolv.conf и /etc/hosts?
Выполняется ли ping www.какой_нибудь_хост.ru
