Люди скажите что может быть. У меня постоянно даже если сижу в простое
Мигают лампочки на индикаторе состояния модема.Меня это не устраивает
так как капает входящий траффик а имеенно где 1кб в минуту а то и более.
Можно ли как то это отрубить ?

А кто показывает траффик? Модем при "простое" должен периодически
мигать, т.к. идет обмен между модемами типа подтверждения соединения
и прочей бодяги о которой можно прочитать в стандартах на протоколы
связи. На траффик это не влияет. Если траффик фиксируется программно,
то надо проверить какие сервисы работают и отключить ненужные.
