давайте вернемся к началу
вам нужен доступ по SMB к компьютерам, находящимися за маршрутизатором?
Можете ставить WINS на своей территории, настраивать своих клиентов
на него. Если трогать внешние узлы нельзя и
если внешних SMB-серверов (к которым нужен доступ) ограниченное и
перечисляемое количество, заведите их руками как статические записи на
WINS-сервере. Обращение с ваших узлов на эти сервера по имени будет
работать. Браузинг - должен, но не обязан.
