Чушь. WINS и предназначен для решения проблемы немаршрутизируемых сетей и
броузинга в них.

Опять чушь. Поднимайте WINS, прописывайте его адрес на всех клиентах и они
будут видеть нормально друг друга. Никакой AD для этого не надо.
