Вписать их в /etc/modules.conf:
options usbserial vendor=0x22b8 product=0x1005
Для работы hotplug ещё придётся внести эти идентификаторы в его базу
(/etc/hotplug/usb.handmap), если только модуль usbserial уже не
подцепляется по классу устройства.
Кстати, идентификаторы следовало бы отослать разработчикам ядра
(например, на bugs.altlinux.ru добавить запись для пакета kernel24-up с
severity=feature), приложив соответствующий кусок из
/proc/bus/usb/devices и название устройства (если оно само не сообщает о
себе ничего вразумительного).
