Если используется vesafb, поддерживаются только размеры шрифтов 4xN,
8xN, 12xN, 16xN (N=1..31), так что 10x20 не получится. С другими
драйверами ситуация может быть лучше (например, matroxfb, а также
radeonfb в ядрах >= 2.4.20-alt0.9 поддерживают любые размеры в диапазоне
1..31). Проблема в том, что текущая версия пакета console-tools (даже в
Сизифе) не позволяет грузить такие шрифты (я пользовался самопальным
загрузчиком, кроме того, вроде бы поддержка таких размеров есть в ветке
console-tools-0.3.x).
