Подгрузите sf2 через sfxload или через синтезатор iiwusynth.
Примеры конфигов для SBLive! есть на www.atmsk.ru
Честно говоря, у меня любви с MusE пока не получилось...
Rosegarden для меня лично пока кошернее.
