А cat /proc/scsi/scsi ?

Так кроме sd_mod, вроде бы ничего другого в данном случае быть не должно
(разделения на HDD и floppy, как в ide и pf/pd, для SCSI нет). Разве что
через интерфейс, известный usb-storage, подключен не диск, а CD-ROM или
ещё что-нибудь.
