Добрый день.
Установил в Master 2.0+updates sshd
Поначалу коннектится, затем выбрасывает, а потом и вовсе не пускает:
$ ssh 192.x.x.x
ssh: connect to host 192.x.x.x port 22: Connection refused
смотрел /etc/sshd_config, ничего криминального не увидел.
может не так смотрел?

документация по hosts.allow нах-ся в пакете tcp_wrappers
