Через него и только ;( под ALM2.0 это проблемно если при установке системы
принудительно не выключить cups и включить lpr иначе никак видимо.
Под ALM2.2 это хоть и с третьей попытки но делается без переустановки системы.

А Z32 через USB даже и работает быстрей :) чем через lpt только если править
вручную /etc/printcap, иначе не запустишь.
