Эти таймауты действительно больше напоминают какой-то странный
задвиг в IDE-части, по крайней мере мне.
При этом apt-cdrom может быть "индуктором", но функциональность
работы с PT или блочными устройчтвами в нем не заложена,
вообще-то.
