Добрый день!
Когда у меня стоял win - smtp сервер, все отлупы приходили на мой почтовый
ящик и содержали аттачи непропущенных писем. Можно ли сделать в postfix так,
чтобы его отлуп посылаемый отправителю "неправильного" письма направлялся так
же и мне?

настройте перенаправление вам почты на postmaster@
и посмотрите в /etc/postfix/main.cf параметр
notify_classes
если установить
notify_classes = bounce,2bounce,policy,protocol,resource,software
то postfix будет посылать вам уведомления обо всем
