Ну так вы скажите что значит "настроить" и какие у вас проблемы
с настройками по умолчанию и что вы хотите добиться - конкретнее.

В ~/.wine/wine.conf
надо исправить
[Drive C]
"Path" = "что-то там"
на
[Drive C]
"Path" = "${HOME}/.wine/wine"
И скопировать в ~/.wine/wine содержимое /var/lib/wine
