Наверное, это оно и есть. Я имел в виду следующую подсказку:

В общем, выбор переключателя -- это, конечно, дело вкуса,
но IMHO Ctrl-Shift -- наихудший из возможных вариантов,
потому что данное сочетание используется во многих
программах в комбинации с алфавитно-цифровыми
клавишами. Скажем, мы лишаемся возможности использовать
Ctrl+Shift+I или Ctrl+Shift+B в Ворде. То же и в Linux.
