К сожалению, с LyX 1.3.1 тоже самое.
Смотрите что с первой формулой в разделе 2.4 (Критерий Гурвица).
После её удаления всё нормально. Как-то она странно в LaTeX
переводится. Причём именно когда эта формула выключная. Похоже
на ошибку в LyX. Думаю, что пока надо как-то обойтись
по-другому, а если в CVS-версии LyX это будет воспроизводиться,
поговорим с разработчиками.

Мне очень понравилась работа. Можно потом окончательный вариант
с автографом получить?
