Никто не может/не хочет - значит так и есть, и не надо быть

Я бы устанавливал новые версии ядра и драйверов NVIDIA до
устранения проблемы. Кстати, пробовали отключать agpgart
и использовать поддержку AGP из драйверов NVIDIA? В конф. файле
иксов настраивается, см. док. к драйверам.

А я всё-таки не уверен, что их настолько много, что всенепременно
нужен APIC.
