Это хороший вопрос. Шрифты-то сделали, а пакетов поддержки
для соответствующих языков нету. Поэтому, если лень возиться
и писать их самому, то последовательность действий такова:
а) изучаем таблицы кодировок и решаем, что же нам всё-таки надо:
T2A, T2B, T2C или X2. В последней гарантированно всё есть, но
зато нет латиницы.
б) пишем в преамбуле:
\usepackage[X2,T1]{fontenc}
(или вместо X2, соответственно, то, что надо);
в) Переключаем язык на русский, а для набора специальных
символов используем TeX'овские команды. Например
\cyrndsc -- это буква "н" с нижним хвостиком. Список
таких команд смотрите в файлах *enc.def, где * -- имя
кодировки.
Если будут дальнейшие вопросы, то почему бы не обратиться
с ними в рассылку "Cyrillic TeX Users Group" <CyrTeX-ru@vsu.ru> ?
Я думаю, там многим будет интересно узнать, что эти символы наконец
кому-то понадобились.
