Как только отправил письмо, так сразу же подумал, что это то что надо и пошёл
искать. :-)
Со второй книжки нашёл и оказалось что всё есть в пакете kdesdk-misc. Может
как-нибудь изменить его описание, чтобы по apt-cache search искалось на слова
xml, pot, po, sgml, cvs, translate, а то "Misc utils for KDE development"
совсем неинформативно.
