Если у вас есть опыт работы со сборкой/пересборкой RPM-пакетов,то просто
подправте spec-файл и пересоберите RPM.
Если нет - то возьмите исходники из пакета src.rpm,приложите патчи какие вам
нужно и собирайте традиционным способом make menuconfig,make dep,make
bzImage,make modules,make modules_install как это описано в Kernel-Howto.
