Давно понятно, что втискивать рутерную функциональность в
универсальное (даже серверное и уж тем более "столовое") ядро --
плохо получается (например, попытка влить patchomatic в ALM2.0
привела к проблемам с iptables, собранными под другим ядром).
А растущему количеству пользователей (и разработчиков) эта
функциональность требуется или существенно облегчила бы жизнь.

А чего их обсуждать. CBQ и так есть, а вот с HTB -- см. выше.
