Именно набирает. На Siemens ME45 набирает '*99***1#' без апострофов. Т.е.
команда соединения:
ATD*99***1#
Ясное дело, что реально при этом звонка не происходит. Но с точки зрения
приложения это именно звонок на указаный номер.
Строку инициализации можно узнать у оператора. Про линукс ничего им не
говорить, чтобы не испугались :)
