Это легко решается несколькими файлами.
Добавьте в config такой раздел:
; sample AppDefaults entries
[AppDefaults\\winword.exe\\DllOverrides]
"oleaut32" = "native"
"ole32" = "native"
"rpcrt4" = "native"
"shlwapi" = "native"
"shdocvw" = "native"
"wininet" = "native"
"shfolder" = "native"
"shell32" = "native"
"shell" = "native"
"comctl32" = "native"
И скопируйте перечисленные dll из C:\windows\system
(возможно, будет достаточно и первых трёх)
