Здесь может быть две причины:
1) некоторые провайдеры фильтруют почту, которые пришла через локальные
smtpd с dialup'ных адресов. Блоки dialup'ных адресов российских
провайдеров более или менее известны.
2) фильтруют почту, для которой не резольвится DNS соответствующего
домена (из From); imho так давно уже никто не делает, потому что сейчас
половина (ну, грубо говоря) машин, имена которых не резольвятся, но
почта на них всё же ходит (через MX). Если MX не резольвится, то это
уже вопрос. Но это уже будет достаточно сложная проверка.
