А какие еще репозитарии присутсутствуют в твоем sources.list?
Как вариант - поставь вышеприведенную строку первой в списке
или закомментируй все кроме нее ...
Да, libldap может потянуть за собой достаточно много чего.
Наверное, более правильный выход - взять src.rpm из Сизифа
и пересобрать его в твоем существующем окружении ...
