Нет, вы неправы. Это выражение _имеет_ право на существование.
Ибо необязательно использовать rdesktop - таким же образом мы
спокойно может работать и с kdm, gdm, xdm, wdm, etc.
Следовательно машина Linux будет сервером терминалов в самом
прямом смысле этого выражения. Собственно говоря терминальные
системы вообще пришли из Unix (помните X-терминалы, удаленные
консоли на модемах 9600, etc. (хотя до Unix тоже было что-то
такое, увы не помню, где-то читал....)). А ltsp - это
продолжение истории, но уже для PC.
