Потому что он не подходит для дистрибутивов от Альт в качестве
средства настройки.

Нет rpmdrake, поскольку он использует urpmi

Поскольку система основана на rpm-пакетах, то именно rpm
устанавливает и удаляет пакеты.
APT следит за зависимостями и ещё очень многое делает. См. man
apt

А вы ищите пакеты а не файлы.
или читайте man rpm
и пишите что-то типа rpm -qlp *.rpm
