Этот пакет для kernel24-2.4.20 не собирался.
Если вам нужно скомпилировать дополнительные модули для ядра, в
большинстве случаев достаточно установить пакет kernel24-headers и
использовать заголовки из каталога /usr/lib/kernel/include (если
просят каталог с исходниками ядра - попробуйте указать
/usr/lib/kernel). Только обратите внимание на версию компилятора - для
ядер >= 2.4.20-alt2 используется gcc-2.96 (см. rpm -q --changelog
kernel24-...).
Если вам нужны именно исходные тексты ядра (для просмотра/наложения
патчей/...), используйте src.rpm (это было уже неоднократно описано).
