Звук так и не работает, что только не пробовал, хотя есть изменения,
работает xmms но без звука. Что делать дальше?
Попробую опять по порядку и в деталях. Первое что я обнаружил после установки дистрибутива - пакет alsa24-smp#2.4.20_0.9.0rc7-alt6@i586 с битой зависимостью нужен был соответсвующий kernel модуль, доставил я его с помощью apt-get думал все на этом мои проблемы закончились, а нет, звука нет, пробую soundconfig находит звуковую карту и предлагает сконфигурировать с помощью kudzu,соглашаюсь, а он ее не находит??? Доставил alsa предложеную Шигориным - тот же результат и того сейчас мы имеем: xmms без звука попытки включить через aumix без результатны он просто не работает, пробовал собрать с исходников alsa-driver-0.9.2 выдает при cvscompile No alsa-kernel is found.
Please specify the correct location via ALSAKERNELDIR environment variable.
Так кто еще что может подсказать? Второй день мытарюсь..
