Ни к какому - это подкаталог вашего домашнего каталога, который
необходимо создать самостоятельно (в /etc/skel* его, насколько я помню,
нет - да если бы даже и был, всё равно это повлияет только на новых
пользователей).
Обрабатывает его скрипт /etc/X11/Xsession - там при необходимости можно
посмотреть детали (также см. changelog соответствующего пакета).
